Lapierre Toronto is proud to provide cyclists with the tools to reach their cycling goals, big and small.
In addition to technologically advanced products and the mechanical services to keep your bike running smoothly, we offer fitness classes designed in conjunction with Steve Neal Performance Development to ensure you too are firing on all cylinders. Lead by Rachael, our unique classes are specifically designed to increase your cycling specific fitness.
Training at Lapierre Toronto
Our classes are 1.5 hours and are limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a personal and individualized approach. Each session includes both on and off bike elements designed to maximize your cycling potential. Want to take it to the next level? Ask us how you can incorporate power-based training into the classes.
What do you need to bring?
- A bicycle (road or mtb) with a slick rear tire
- Running / Cross Training Shoes
What do we provide?
- A stationary trainer
- On-site bicycle storage
What is the cost?
Classes start at just $32/week.

About Rachael
With over 15 years of racing experience, Rachael is highly qualified to help you reach your goals. Some of her accomplishments include:
- 2 Collegiate National Championships
- Crossfit Level 1 Certified
- Former Cycling Coach with Steve Neal Performance Development
- Experience racing in road, mtb, cyclocross (both North America and Europe), and Xterra off-road triathlon
- Johnny G spin certified
- CPR/First aid Training
